ADOPTIVE PARENTING COURSE ($20/couple)

For individuals planning to adopt, the American Red Cross, Heartland Chapter, offers an Adoptive Parenting course to help ease prospective adoptive parents into their new role by providing them with information which might not otherwise be available.

The informal format and small size of the classes allows participants to enjoy an exchange of ideas and to meet others who plan to, or have recently adopted.

The classes are scheduled in the evenings and run for three sessions.

The cost of $20 per couple covers attendance at all three sessions and includes a large packet of brochures and informational material.
