Step #1 - Find the class you need.
Step #2 - Select the date, location and time desired from the sechedule.
Step #3 - Fill out the course registration form and register via:

(For disaster training call 343-7700 and ask for emergency services).
State the name, date and registration number of the class you wish to attend.
To hold your place in class, payment is due within seven calendar days
from the date you register.

Send the completed registration form and payment (money order or check
payable to American Red Cross) to: American Red Cross, Heartland Chapter,
2912 S. 80th Avenue, Omaha, NE 68124.
All disaster training is free of charge.

Fax:
Send the completed registration form via fax to (402)343-7777 for
First Aid/CPR/Babysitting classes or (404)397-5916 for disaster training.

To hold your place for a First Aid/CPR or Babysitting class, your
registration form and payment is due no less than three weeks before
the class date.
(No less than one week of the class date for disaster training class).

Cancellations:

1. We reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
2. Classes not meeting enrollment requirements may be rescheduled.
3. For disaster training a minimum of six participants per class is required.
4. If a disaster class is canceled, participants will be notified by phone
   24 to 48 hours in advance.
5. In case of severe weather, cancellations will be broadcast on
   KFAB-AM (1110 AM radio), evening class cancellations
   will be issued before 3pm.
Tuition refund policy:
No refunds will be issued without a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from refunds.
No refunds for no-shows, unsuccessfully completing the course, or course materials.
