State the name, date and registration number of the class you wish to attend.
To hold your place in class, payment is due within seven calendar days
from the date you register.

All disaster training is free of charge.

First Aid/CPR/Babysitting classes or (404)397-5916 for disaster training.
To hold your place for a First Aid/CPR or Babysitting class, your
registration form and payment is due no less than three weeks before
the class date.
(No less than one week of the class date for disaster training class).
Cancellations:
1. We reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
2. Classes not meeting enrollment requirements may be rescheduled.
3. For disaster training a minimum of six participants per class is required.
4. If a disaster class is canceled, participants will be notified by phone
24 to 48 hours in advance.
5. In case of severe weather, cancellations will be broadcast on
KFAB-AM (1110 AM radio), evening class cancellations
will be issued before 3pm.
Tuition refund policy:
No refunds will be issued without a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from refunds. No refunds for no-shows, unsuccessfully completing the course, or course materials.
Please note:
Pre-registration and payment is required for CPR, First Aid, Babysitting and Hiv/Aids classes. All disaster training is free of charge.

CPR participants - Due to the nature of the skills, you will be participating in strenuous activities. If you have a medical condition or disability that may prevent you from taking part in a CPR skill session, or if you have any questions about your ability to participate fully, discuss them with your health-care provider. Wear comfortable clothing to the class; you will be working on the floor.
Completion of all standards must be met prior to certification. At the beginning of each course, if applicable, students will be asked to show certificates of completion for prerequisite course(s).
During daytime classes, lunch is on your own; participants receive a half-hour break for lunch.
Certificate Replacement - A fee of $5 will be charged.
